Customer Review: Love it, but....

I did have to return the first one, and the second one threatened to stop working, but so far, so good. I does exactly what I hoped it would do and more. My kids love the Iced Chocolate feature, and it is much more affordable than running to the local coffee shop. I've found it easy to get the k-cups, but mostly use the refillable filter provided. I would suggest you get additional filters, especially if you have more then one coffee drinker in the house.

This model includes quiet pump technology that brews even quieter than previous models and an iced beverage function that dispenses a concentrated 3-1/2-ounce shot of tea or coffee. Simply dilute with ice and water for iced tea or coffee. Patented showerhead delivers precise amount of water for even coffee extraction and superior flavor. The removable 60-ounce water tank brews up to 10 cups of coffee and includes a water filtration system to reduce impurities in order to optimize drink flavor. LCD control includes a digital clock with auto on-off time, five brew strengths, and variable brew temperature.
